I'm very excited to also share some media and music gems which have been bringing me life including the song Empty Head by Frankie Cosmos, released through Seattle's Subpop Records. I'd argue that reflecting about the past allows us to be present and to create a bright future. What the hell is up? I'm settling into Los Angeles and after the rainstorms from last week, which caused quite a disruption here, the sun has returned, and with it my spirit to release an episode! In today's episode, I discuss what I've been up to getting rooted in the present, while admittedly being rooted in the past.
